a. The Insured property must be in immi-
nent danger of sustaining flood damage; and
b. The threat of flood damage must be of
such imminence as to lead a person of com-
mon prudence to apprehend flood damage;
and
c. A general and temporary condition of
flooding in the area must occur. even if the
flooding does not reach the insured property.
or a legally authorized official must issue an
evacuation orner or other civil orner for the
community in which the insured property is
located calling for measures to preserve life
and property from the peril of flood.

ATticle 6-Property Not Covered

We do not COVeT any of the following;
A. Valuables and commercial property, mean-
ing:
1. Accounts. bills. currency, deeds. evi-
dences of debt. money. coins. medals. post-
age stamps. securities. bullion, manuscripts.
other valuable papers or records. and per-
sonal property used in a busineSS.
2. Personal property used in connection
with any incidental commercial occupancy
or use of the building.
B. Property over toCteT DT in the open, mean-
ing:
1. A building and personal property in the
building located entirely in. on. or over water
or seaward or mean high tide. if the building
was newly constructed or substantially im-
proved on or after October 1. 1982.
2. Personal property in the open.
C. Structures other than buildings. including:
1. Fences. retaining walls. seawalls. bulk-
heads. wharves. piers. bridges, and docks.
2. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
3. Open structures and personal property
located in. on. or over water. including boat
houses or any structure or building into
which boats are floated.
4. Underground structures and equipment.
including wells. septic tanks and septic sys-
tems.
D. Other Tea/property, including:
1. Land. land values. l&wns. trees. shrubs.
plants. and growing crops.
2. Those portions of walks. wa.lkw&ys.
decks. driveways. patios. and other surfaces.
all whether covered or not and all of what-
ever kind Of construction. located outside
the perimeter. exterior walls of the insured
building or unit.
E. Other personal property. meaning:
