approximately five weeks to complete. We intend to have a formal submittal of
the Little Thompson River hydrology ready for submittal to your office the middle
of October. You had indicated that you would also want a copy to be sent to
FEMA via their local consultant and perhaps to some of the local governments in
the basin. Let us know if you have a complete list of entities you want to have a
copy of the hydrologic study. Once that step is completed we will then move
forward to complete our CLOMR application to FEMA for the Wilson Ranch
project.

Thanks you again for all of your help on this project. We are eager to get the last
of this work completed so any additional effort you can provide to expedite us
getting the last of the rainfall information would be most appreciated.
