The Wilson Ranch project in Berthoud that we are working on has
progressed to a point that we must move forward. I know that you are also eager
to have this work completed to assist Larimer and Boulder counties with their
map update program. We would like to offer the following solution:

1. TST would need to get electronic files of the raw rainfall gauge data
collected by HDR within the study area. We would like the information for
both the USGS rain gauges and for any others that might be available
from local governments. We would like the 15 minute data but can use
the 5 minute data if that is all that is available. We already have the
gauge locations for the USGS stations but would also need coordinates
for the supplemental gauges.

2_ The original scope of services called for rainfall coverage for the 10. 50.
100, and 500 year event storms. We have the thunderstorm event (5-
hour) coverage for only the 100 and 500 year event from HDR. We still
need HDR to provide the 10 and 50 year coverage. It is assumed that
only the thunderstorm event will be used in the hydrologic modeling and
that the "calibration" storm referred to in the previous HDR
communications has been dropped.

3. TST will use this data to complete the rainfall component of the scope
and then incorporate it into our HEC-HMS model. In exchange for this
additional work CWCB will agree to reimburse TST for $5,000 of this
effort_ The Wilson Ranch development will absorb the remainder of the
cost of the work.

748 Whalers Way. If
you can have the information requested above sent to us by then we can
complete our work. We anticipate the remainder of the tasks left to us will take

info@tstinc.com
www.tstine.com

.
