A presentation should be made to the Board of Zonin<) Adjustment of both the City and County as an educational effort so that these boards are made fully aware of the potential adverse consequences of allowi ng Imprudent variances along the waterways, The City and County parks offices should reviel'l all waterway routes to determine long-range park needs In these areas and thei r future land re- qui rements should be made known to lE.
