Such assumption was based <br />upon statements of the Eagle County Environmental Health Officer <br />that he had discussed this matter numerous times with your office. <br /> <br />If such assumption is incorrect, the Board and this office apologize <br />therefore, and thus, at this time, would formally request the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board to designate and approve <br />as floodplain areas those areas inundated by a 100-year flood <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles <br />in the .Flood Insurance Report for Buffehr Creek, Eagle River at <br />Mintunn, Taylor Creek, Brush Creek, Eagle River at Red Cliff, <br />Fryingpan River, Roaring Fork River, and Turkey Creek; and <br />to designate and approve as st6rm~or-,'flood~ater_>runOff';cbamllHs <br />or basins those areas del ineated by Zone A in the Flood <br />Insurance Study. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact <br />this office at 328-7311 or P.O.
