<br />!e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />!e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(3) The Dwelling Form will respond to assessments levied <br />upon insured residential unit owners by their <br />condominium association for flood damages which occur <br />to any of the buildings owned by the condominium <br />association when all of the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />a. Such coverage only applies to other buildings of <br />the condominium association that are covered by <br />flood insurance under the General Property <br />Policy. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />The association flood insurance coverage MUST <br />be NAP business. This means the policy must <br />have been written directly with the NAP or with <br />WYO a company. <br /> <br />c. The association flood insurance MUST be <br />written in an amount which is at least equal to <br />the actual cash value of an insured building's <br />common elements or the maximum amount of <br />NFIP insurance available for the building, <br />whichever is less. <br /> <br />NOTE: (1) To determine if the condominium is to be considered as <br />"Residential" or "Non-Residential,": refer to the rules on <br />pages GR 15 and GR 16 entitled "Determination of <br />Building Occupancy." <br /> <br />(2) There is no unique application nor policy form for <br />condominiums.
