During that time the committees identified a number of needs in
the community and determined courses of action. One of those committees was the
Utilities' Advisory Committee. Acting on that committee's recommendation, the City
of Cripple Creek city council authorized GMS, Inc., consulting engineers, to prepare a
utility services plan of action. That plan is to formalize the description and scope, in
a preliminary fashion, of needs in the City's utility systems, particularly the water and
wastewater systems. That plan will identify preliminary budgets and time schedules for
each project's implementation. One major item in that plan of action is the
development of a detailed water and wastewater system master plan. The draft of the
utility services plan of action will be complete on January 9, 1991. In that document,
the completion of the raw water transmission line and addition of treated water storage
are identified as high priority items recommended for imp]ementation in 1991.

9, List the names, titles, and pertinent experience of the following persons who will be
responsible for managing the project.
