During that time the committees identified a number of needs in <br />the community and determined courses of action. One of those committees was the <br />Utilities' Advisory Committee. Acting on that committee's recommendation, the City <br />of Cripple Creek city council authorized GMS, Inc., consulting engineers, to prepare a <br />utility services plan of action. That plan is to formalize the description and scope, in <br />a preliminary fashion, of needs in the City's utility systems, particularly the water and <br />wastewater systems. That plan will identify preliminary budgets and time schedules for <br />each project's implementation. One major item in that plan of action is the <br />development of a detailed water and wastewater system master plan. The draft of the <br />utility services plan of action will be complete on January 9, 1991. In that document, <br />the completion of the raw water transmission line and addition of treated water storage <br />are identified as high priority items recommended for imp]ementation in 1991. <br /> <br />9, List the names, titles, and pertinent experience of the following persons who will be <br />responsible for managing the project. If known, list the qualifications of the person/ s <br />to be recruited or assigned each particular job. <br /> <br />a.
