<br />. COMPLIANCE WITH CWCB TECHNICAL STANDARDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in <br />Table 2 meets all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and <br />Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff <br />Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain information in said new report for the stream readies <br />listed in Table 3 was the official floodplain information for Douglas County for the purposes of the <br />National Flood Insurance Program from March 15, 1993 until January 5, 1996, for those stream <br />reaches only, previously met all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or <br />Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), but no longer met those requirements <br />after January 5, 1996; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information in said new report for the stream reach <br />listed in Table 4 was the official floodplain information for Douglas County for the purposes of the <br />National Flood Insurance Program from March 15, 1993 until January 5, 1996, for that stream reach <br />only, previously met all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or <br />Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), but no longer met those requirements <br />after January 5, 1996; and <br /> <br />DESIGNA nON, APPROVAL AND RESCISSION ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Durango, Colorado, this 24th day of May, 1999, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, revised March 15, 1993, for the study <br />reaches listed in Table 2; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby formally acknowledge the <br />detailed and approximate floodplain information contained in said new report pertaining to the reaches <br />of Jordan Road Tributary, Newlin Gulch and Sulphur Gulch listed in Tables 3 and 4 as the official <br />floodplain information for Douglas County for the purposes of the National Flood Insurance Program, <br />for those stream reaches only, for the time period from March 15, 1993 until January 5, 1996 and does <br />hereby rescind said floodplain information retroactively after January 5, 1996; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby rescind the detailed floodplain <br />information contained in Resolutions Nos. 68, 96, 164 and 290 pertaining to the stream reaches listed <br />in Table 2; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5 <br />
