"0" is the year <br />when the first feature of the project went into service. <br /> <br />Columns 2 and 29: These columns show the fiscal years. For the years <br />1940 through 1975, the fiscal year is July 1 through June 30. The <br />year 1976 includes the 3-month transition period of July 1, 1976 <br />through September 30, 1976. After FY 1976, the fiscal year is October <br />1 through September 30. <br /> <br />Column 3: The total revenue is obtained from sales of firm energy and <br />capacity, sales of nonfirm energy, transmission service through FY <br />1979, charges for project irrigation wate'r through FY 1983, and other <br />mi sce llaneous revenues. Hi stori ca lly, power revenues were used to pay <br />multipurpose operation & maintenance (O?M) costs not met by the sale <br />of water to the water users. Beginning in FY 1984, the water users <br />began paying the full amount of the multipurpose (O&M) allocated to <br />them and water revenues wi 11 no longer be shown.
