<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 23rd day of September, 1981, that it does hereby designate <br />and approve as floodplain areas those' areas described as being <br />inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Larimer County; the United States Army <br />Corps of Engineers, Omaha District; and the Federal Insurance <br />Administration. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that ,the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular se$sion assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 23rd day of September, 1981, at w,hich a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />If)~ <br /> <br /> <br />J. <br /> <br />illiam McDonald, Secretary <br />
