<br />2 <br /> <br />The base tlood elevations (BFEs) increased from West 128th Avenue to approximately 1,100 feet <br />upstream of West 128th Avenue, with a maximum increase of approximately 2 feet occurring <br />approximately 1,000 feet upstream of West 128th Avenue. The increases in BFEs are contained in the <br />channel. The BFEs decreased from approximately 1,1 00 feet upstream of West 128th Avenue to <br />approximately 1,200 feet upstream of the intersection of King Circle and Westlake Drive, with a <br />maximum decrease of approximately 5 feet occurring approximately 1,600 feet upstream of West <br />128th Avenue, The width of the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) decreased throughout the revised <br />area, with a maximum decrease of approximately 550 feet occurring approximately 600 feet upstream of <br />West 128th Avenue, From approximately 1,200 feet upstream to approximately 1,600 feet upstream of <br />the intersection of King Circle and Westlake Drive, the base flood is contained in an underground pipe. <br />All property owners affected by these revisions have been notified. As a result of this revision, the SFHA <br />designation has been removed from the properties described below. <br /> <br />Property Descriptions: Lots 12 through 31 , Block 2; Lots 25 through 34, Block 3; Lots 9 <br />through 23, Lots 28 through 30, and portions of Lots 24 through 27, Block 4, Westlake <br />Village Filing No, 6, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat File 14, Map 678, and Lots I <br />through 7, Westlake Village Filing No. 15, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat File 17, <br />Map 507, in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Adams County, Colorado <br /> <br />The legal descriptions of the portions mentioned above are defined as follows: <br /> <br />Portion of Lot 24 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 24, Said Block 4; thence along the arc of the <br />curve to the left whose center bears S 77051'47" W, having a delta of 09018'10", a <br />radius of 355.00 feet, and an arc length of 57.64 feet; thence N 71039'08" E a distance <br />of 121.34 feet; thence S 08013'11" E a distance of 74.93 feet; thence S 80003'23" Wa <br />distance of 110.92 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Portion of Lot 25 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 24, Said Block 4; thence along the arc of the <br />curve to the left whose center bears S 7r51'47" W, having a delta of 09018'10", a <br />radius of 355.00 feet, and an arc length of 57.64 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />along the arc of a curve whose center bears S 88033'37" W, having a delta of 09047'26" , <br />a radius of355 .00 feet, and an arc length of 60,66 feet; thence N 71039'08" E a distance <br />of 140.48 feet; thence S 08013' II" E a distance of 60.95 feet; thence S 71 039'08" W a <br />distance of 121.34 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
