Stormwater: precipitation-induced sur:'ace runoff. <br /> <br />15. Waters of the state of Co]orad'J: any and all surface waters that are contained in or flow in at through the state of <br />Colorado. Silmatorv Reouirements <br /> <br />a) AIl teports reqmred fat submittal shall be signed and certified fat accuracy by the permittee in accordance <br />with the foIlowing criteria <br /> <br />I) ]n the case of corpotatiom, by a ptincipal executive officer of at least the level of vice-president or his at <br />her duly authorized represeNative, if such tepresentative is responsible for the overall operation of the <br />facility from which the discharge described in the form originates; <br />2) ]n the case of a partnetship, by a genetal partner; <br />3) In the case of a sole proprietorship, by the proprietor; <br />4) In the case of a municipal, !:tate, Ot other public facility, by either a principal executive officer, ranking <br />elected official, or oUter duly authorized employee. <br /> <br />b) Changes to authorization.
