<br />STUDY AREA <br /> <br />The study reach along Elm Creek extended from 2,100 feet <br />downstream from the Main Street bridge (State Highway 381) to 1,400 <br />feet upstream of the 1st Street bridge. The reach along Shell Creek <br />extended from 1,700 feet upstream to 7,400 feet downstream from the <br />Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Bridge (Bridge 14.09 Norfolk Branch) <br />south of Platte Center.
