Depreciation for the <br /> <br /> <br />structures in the study area was estimated by physically observing the <br /> <br /> <br />actual age and general condition of the structure. <br /> <br />The value assigned to the contents of residential structures is 50 <br /> <br /> <br />percent of the struccure value based on data from insurance studies, <br /> <br /> <br />nie cont:ent value of nonresidential struc~es varies depending on <br /> <br />activity type and actual contents. <br /> <br />11 <br />
