Enlarge and reinforce the diversion dam; <br />2. Make improvements to the intake system; <br />3. Protect: the river bank, along which lies the water transmission line, at areas <br />subject to wash out; <br />4. Stabilize the upstream channel; <br />5. Upgrade the access road, and <br />6.
