PREPARES AN ATTORNEY'S OPINION OF COMPENSABILITY, STATING <br />WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS TO RELOCATE OR <br />ALTERNATE UTILITIES/FACILITIES FOR PROJECT PURPOSES. <br />. ASSESSES THE POTENTIAL LOCAL SPONSOR'S LAND ACQUISITION <br />EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY TO ACQUIRE (E.G., "QUICK TAKE" <br />AUTHORITY, MANPOWER, RESOURCES, ECT.) <br /> <br />. IF REQUIRED DEVELOPS A PHYSICAL TAKING ANALYSIS. <br /> <br />. IF REQUIRED DEVELOPS NON-STANDARD ESTATES. <br /> <br />WHEN REQUIRED, ATTENDS STUDY TEAM MEETINGS TO DISCUSS INDIVIDUAL <br />STUDY PROGRESS AND / OR PROBLEMS. <br /> <br />Note that the following cost estimate does not include the cost of in-kind services. It is <br />anticipated that there will be substantial work provided by the city of Greeley in <br />developing the Real Estate plan for this feasibility study. This will add to the Real <br />Estate cost estimate. Therefore this cost estimate is likely underestimated. The real <br />estate effort will need to be estimated jointly by the city of Greeley and the Real Estate <br />Division of the Omaha District. <br /> <br />The first part of the following estimate may vary in size, depending upon what is already <br />documented on the ownership of the existing levees. If the ownership is uncertain, <br />considerable in-kind services work will be required to determine who actually owns the <br />levees.
