QUALITY CONTROL PLAN AND OBJECTIVES <br />Quality study management and independent technical review are integral to the PMP. An <br />overriding objective is to integrate both while completing the feasibility study within a <br />reasonable time period and within budget. A detailed quality control plan (QCP) is <br />provided in Appendix C that establishes processes and criteria for development of a <br />quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations, Quality review milestones <br />for important study decisions in the planning process will be provided in the Appendix. <br />These are important so that the technical results can be relied upon in further work.
