8. QUALITY CONTROL PLAN AND OBJECTIVES
Quality study management and independent technical review are integral to the PMP. An
overriding objective is to integrate both while completing the feasibility study within a
reasonable time period and within budget. A detailed quality control plan (QCP) is
provided in Appendix C that establishes processes and criteria for development of a
quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations, Quality review milestones
for important study decisions in the planning process will be provided in the Appendix.
These are important so that the technical results can be relied upon in further work. The
