<br />. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 13th day of March, 1996, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as approximate floodplain information the IOO-year floodplains as <br />described in said new report, dated November 2, 1994, for the study reach listed in Table 1 and <br />does hereby rescind that portion of Resolution No. 96-416 relating to the approximate floodplain <br />information for the stream reach listed in Table 1; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City of Colorado Springs; the City of Fountain; the City <br />of Manitou Springs; the Town of Monument; the Board of County Commissioners of El Paso <br />County; the El Paso Regional Building Department; the Colorado Office of Emergency <br />Management; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District; and the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 13th day of March, 1996, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />~r:!dJ <br /> <br />96fpr419.mar brh <br /> <br />6 <br />
