<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for the <br />following stream published on September 30, 1992 and republished on November 2, 1994: <br /> <br />Fishers Canyon <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated November 2, 1994 <br />includes, either directly or by reference, detailed floodplain information which is consistent with <br />detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 264 and <br />acknowledged by Resolution No. 96-416, detailed floodplain information previously designated <br />and approved by Resolution No. 96-416, detailed floodplain information previously designated <br />and approved by Resolution No. 96-417, and detailed floodplain information previously <br />designated and approved by Resolution No. 96-418 for various stream reaches within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on November 2, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated November 2, 1994 <br />includes, by reference, approximate floodplain information which is consistent with approximate <br />floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 264, for various <br />stream reaches within the corporate limits ~f the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on <br />November 2, 1994, which have drainage areas that meet the minimum standards of the procedure <br />adopted by the Board for estimating 100-year pea}.:: flows for approximate floodplain information, <br />which information was subsequently designawd and approved as approximate floodplain <br />information with approximate hydrology information by Resolution No, 96-416; and i. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated November 2, 1994 <br />includes, by reference, approximate floodplain information which is consistent with approximate <br />floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 264 for various <br />stream reaches within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on <br />November 2, 1994, which have drainage areas tbat do not meet the minimum standards of the <br />procedure adopted by the Board for estimating 100-year peak flows for approximate floodplain <br />information, which information was, therefore, pot. designated and approved as approximate <br />floodplain information with approximate hydrology information by Resolution No. 96-416; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated November 2, 1994 <br />includes, by reference, on the basis of completed flood control improvements and hydraulic <br />analyses that were approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of Letters <br />of Map Revision (LOMRs), approximate floodplain information, which was supported by detailed <br />hydrologic analyses, previously designated and approved by Resolutions Nos. 96-416 and 96-418 <br />for various stream reaches within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they <br />were on November 2, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated November 2, 1994 <br /> <br />4 <br />
