<br />WHEREAS, said report included on a IPlIp published on February 16, 1990 detailed
<br />floodplain information for streams within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs,
<br />as they were on February 16, 1990 and included, by reference, on maps published on December
<br />18, 1986 as part of Resolution No. 264, and, by reference, on maps published on March 2, 1989,
<br />as part of Resolution No. 96-416, detailed and approximate information for streams within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on February 16, 1990;, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report dated February 16, 1990 revised Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, by Board Initiative, as provided
<br />under Rule 9.0.2. of the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of
<br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), by
<br />Resolution No. 96-417, adopted on March 13, 1996, designated and approved the detailed and
<br />the approximate floodplain information included in said report and rescinded portions of
<br />Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Marutgement Agency completed a floodplain report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, El Paso County, Volumes
<br />1-3", elated September 30, 1992; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included on maps published on September 30, 1992 detailed and
<br />approximate floodplain information for streams within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Colorado Springs, as they were on September 30, 1992 and included, by reference, on maps
<br />published on December 18, 1986 as part of Resolution No. 264, and, by reference, on maps
<br />published on March 2, 1989, as part of Resolution No. 96-416, and, by reference, on maps
<br />published on February 16, 1990, as part of Resolution No. 96-417, detailed and approximate
<br />information for streams within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were
<br />on September 30, 1992; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report dated September 30, 1992 revised Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, by Board Initiative, as provided
<br />under Rule 9.0.2. of the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of
<br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), by

<br />Federal Emergency Management Agency; and

<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes, by reference, detailed floodplain infonnation, either
