<br />RESOLUTION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, El Paso County, Volumes
<br />1-3", dated December 18, 1986; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approxmlate floodplain information for
<br />streams within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on December
<br />18, 1986; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of
<br />Colorado Springs, by Resolution No. 264, adopted on November 18, 1986, designated and
<br />approved the detailed and the approximate floodplain information included in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, EI Paso County, Volumes
<br />1-3", dated March 2, 1989; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included on maps published on March 2, 1989 detailed and
<br />approximate floodplain information for streams within the corporate' limits of the City of
<br />Colorado Springs, as they were on March 2, 1989 and included, by reference, on maps published
<br />on December 18, 1986 as part of Resolution No. 264, detailed and approximate information for
<br />streams within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on March 2,
<br />1989; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report dated March 2, 1989 revised Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, by Board Initiative, as provided
<br />under Rule 9.D.2. of the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of
<br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), by
<br />Resolution No. 96-416, adopted on March 13, 1996, designated and approved the detailed and
<br />the approximate floodplain information included in said report and rescinded portions of
<br />Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, EI Paso County, Volumes
<br />1-3", dated February 16, 1990; and
