<br />Schedule <br /> <br />Contingent on timely execution of this MOU by both parties the task completion schedule is as follows. <br /> <br />Task 1: 5 weeks after receipt of the subject Draft Final Report by NWS. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br /> <br />NWS will provide a letter report to CWCB summarizing the work accomplished, findings, and <br />recommendations, as appropriate. <br /> <br />Fees and Pavment <br /> <br />NWS will provide these services for an estimated total of$14,925.72, including all labor and other direct <br />costs (e.g., photocopying, express mail, etc). NWS must receive full payment of the estimated total <br />amount in advance prior to the start of the work as noted in Section 4 of this MOU. NWS will achieve full <br />cost recovery for the goods and services it is providing under this agreement. NWS will track all costs <br />during the course of this project and will refund any unused funds to CWCB no later than 90 days after <br />successful completion of the project. <br /> <br />4. TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> <br />Full payment for the work performed for this project must be provided in advance prior to NWS beginning <br /> <br />the work. A check, made out to the U.S. Department of Commerce for US$14,925.72, referencing the <br /> <br />CWCB Probable Maximum Precipitation Study for Cherry Creek Reservoir, should be mailed to the <br /> <br />following address. <br /> <br />Attn: Geoffrey M.
