<br />Reservoir Channel from Sheridan Boulevard upstream to a point just below Midway <br />Boulevard and the information in said report relating to Broomfield Reservoir Tributarye <br />meet all of the requirements for approximate floodplain information listed under the <br />Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of <br />Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT-RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 8th day of May, 1992, that <br />it does hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the lOO-year <br />floodplains as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, <br />dated September 28, 1990, for the study reach of Nissen Reservoir Channel from a point just <br />below Midway Boulevard upstream to East 10th Avenue, and that it does hereby designate <br />and approve as approximate floodplain information the lOO-year floodplains as described <br />by the floodplain delineations in said new report, dated September 28, 1990, for the study <br />reach of Nissen Reservoir Channel from Sheridan Boulevard upstream to a point just below <br />Midway Boulevard, and for the study reach of Broomfield Reservoir Tributary and does <br />hereby rescind those portions of Resolution No. 144, dated December 5, 1979, regarding the <br />study reach of Nissen Reservoir Channel from Sheridan Boulevard upstream to East 10th <br />Avenue, as presented in the June, 1979 report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County; <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County; the Board of County _ <br />Commissioners of Jefferson County; the City of Broomfield, Colorado; the City of ," <br />Westminster, Colorado; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; the Colorado <br />Office of Emergency Management; the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation <br />Service; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Denver, Colorado, on the 8th day of May, 1992, at which a quorum was <br />present. <br /> <br />~i'el ]) l(JiI(C(t1A <br />Sara Duncan, Secretary <br /> <br />dr0041.res <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />e <br />
