WHEREAS, the City of Boulder has requested that the CWCB not rescind any of the previous designations for the stream reaches listed in Table 2 and that the CWCB also designated the detailed floodplain information included in said new report for the same stream reaches listed in Table 2; and e WHEREAS, the information in said new report, as listed in Table 4, does not meet all of the requirements for detailed or approximate information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and WHEREAS, the information in said new report, as listed in Table 5, meets all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and WHEREAS, the information in said new report, as listed in Tables 6 and 7, does not meet all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the City of Boulder; the Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District.
