<br />TABLE 6 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Stream Reach <br /> <br />Included In <br />1990 FIS <br /> <br />Boulder Reservoir (the portion south of an east-west line <br />approximately 1800feet south of the Township /ine <br />between T2N and TIN) <br />Boulder Reservoir (the portion north of an east-west /ine <br />approximately 1800feet south of the Township /ine <br />between T2N and TIN) <br />The Wellman Canal <br />Unnamed Drainage near South Boulder Creek <br />Unnamed Tributary to South Boulder Creek <br /> <br />y <br /> <br />N <br />Y <br />y <br />y <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Table 7, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, lists a stream <br />reach included in said new report dated August 4, 1988 for which approximate floodplain information <br />is provided which was revised in the 1990 Flood insurance Study for the City of Boulder, which revised <br />floodplain information was designated and apprOved by Resolution No. 93-341: <br /> <br />TABLE 7 <br /> <br />Stream Reach <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Gregory Creek <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Boulder, Colonldo, has requested the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to designate and approve the floodplains ,et forth in the aforesaid new report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, requires the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to assist in the prevention of floods and flood damages therefrom; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sections 31-23-301 and 30-28-111, Colorado Revised Statutes, provide that <br />legislative bodies of local jurisdictions may provide zoning regulations for land uses on or along any <br />storm or floodwater runoff channel or basin only after designation and approval by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, directs the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to designate and approve storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins and to make <br />such designations available to legislative bodies of local jurisdictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report, as listed in Tables 1,2 and 3, meets all of the <br />requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the <br />Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" <br />(2 CCR 408-1); and tit <br /> <br />10 <br />
