<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Sixmile Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has not designated and approved <br />the detailed floodplain information for Salt Creek and Sixmile Creek in said reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed. a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Pueblo, Colorado, Pueblo County", <br />dated September 29, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of <br />Pueblo, by Resolution No, 258, adopted on September 4, 1986, designated and approved the <br />detailed floodplain information included in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a new floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Pueblo County, Colorado, Unincorporated <br />Areas", dated September 29, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for Sixmile Creek, <br />Salt Creek, the St. Charles River, Goodnight Arroyo, Wild Horse-Dry Creek, and Dry Creek <br />within the unincorporated portions of Pueblo County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes floodplain delineations for the storm and <br />floodwater runoff channels and basins within the unincorporated portions of Pueblo County, but <br />does not include hydrology information for the approximate storm and floodwater runoff <br />channels and basins, as listed in Table 1, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein: <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />Floodplain Information Within Unincoroorated Portions of Pueblo County <br /> <br />Andy Creek <br />Apishapa River <br />Arkansas River <br />Beaver Creek <br />Beckwith Reservoir <br />Black Squirrel Creek <br />Boggs Creek <br />Boone Creek <br />Booth Gulch <br />Buffalo Arroyo <br />Burnt Creek <br />Chico Creek <br />Chicosa Creek <br />Cooper Creek <br />Cucharas River <br /> <br />Red Top Reservoir <br />Rock Creek <br />Rush Creek <br />Salt Creek (2) <br />Saunders Arroyo <br />School Honse Reservoir <br />Scroggs Arroyo <br />Sixmile Creek <br />Smith Reservoir <br />Soda Creek <br />South Creek <br />South Red Creek <br />Spring Branch River <br />Spring Creek <br />Squirrel Creek <br /> <br />2 <br />
