WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Sixmile Creek; and WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has not designated and approved the detailed floodplain information for Salt Creek and Sixmile Creek in said reports; and WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed. a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Pueblo, Colorado, Pueblo County", dated September 29, 1986; and WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Pueblo, by Resolution No, 258, adopted on September 4, 1986, designated and approved the detailed floodplain information included in said report; and WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a new floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Pueblo County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas", dated September 29, 1989; and WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for Sixmile Creek, Salt Creek, the St. Charles River, Goodnight Arroyo, Wild Horse-Dry Creek, and Dry Creek within the unincorporated portions of Pueblo County; and WHEREAS, said new report includes floodplain delineations for the storm and floodwater runoff channels and basins within the unincorporated portions of Pueblo County, but does not include hydrology information for the approximate storm and floodwater runoff channels and basins, as listed in Table 1, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: TABLE I Floodplain Information Within Unincoroorated Portions of Pueblo County Andy Creek Apishapa River Arkansas River Beaver Creek Beckwith Reservoir Black Squirrel Creek Boggs Creek Boone Creek Booth Gulch Buffalo Arroyo Burnt Creek Chico Creek Chicosa Creek Cooper Creek Cucharas River Red Top Reservoir Rock Creek Rush Creek Salt Creek (2) Saunders Arroyo School Honse Reservoir Scroggs Arroyo Sixmile Creek Smith Reservoir Soda Creek South Creek South Red Creek Spring Branch River Spring Creek Squirrel Creek 2
