<br />RESOLUTION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, completed a floodplain
<br />information report entitled "Flood Plain Information Report, Fountain Creek, Pueblo, Colorado"
<br />dated October 1968; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Fountain Creek;
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, completed a floodplain
<br />information report entitled "Flood Plain Information Report, Goodnight Arroyo, Dry Creek, &
<br />Wild Horse - Dry Creek, Pueblo, Colorado" dated April 1969; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Goodnight Arroyo,
<br />Dry Creek, and Wild Horse - Dry Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, completed a floodplain
<br />information report entitled "Flood Plain Information Report, St. Charles River, Pueblo,
<br />Colorado" dated March 1970; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain infonnation for the S1. Charles
<br />River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Pueblo County,
<br />by Resolution Nos, 3, 5, and 10, adopted on May 7, 1969, January 14, 1970, and June 3, 1970,
<br />respectively, designated and approved the detailed floodplain infonnation included in said
<br />reports; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, completed a floodplain
<br />information report entitled "Flood Plain Information Report, Salt Creek, Pueblo County,
<br />Colorado" dated April, 1976; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Salt Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, completed a floodplain
<br />information report entitled "Flood Plain Information Report, Sixmile Creek, Pueblo County,
<br />Colorado" dated April, 1976; and
