<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the B~ard has reviewed said report and <br />does here.by recommend to. the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />that the . Board designate and approve as floodplain are~s those <br />areas inundated by a 100-year fl~od (intermediate regional flood) <br />as described bJ the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said report;- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 13th day of July, 1984, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as heing <br />inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby designate <br />and approve as floodplain areas those areas inundated by a <br />100-year flood as described by the floodwater surface elevations <br />and prof i les in the Flood Insurance study for Coal Creek, Oak <br />Creek, Coal Creek Overflow East, and Coal Creek Overflow West; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified cOPy'of this resolution to the City <br />of Florence, the Board of County Commissioners of Fremont County, <br />and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the memhers of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assemhled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 13th day of July, 1984, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />......... <br />William McDonald, <br />
