This ap-
proach is consistent with our study proposal.

Similarly, we appreciate the cooperation and ~ssistance of the CWCB,
the town and Hal Bishop at LRCWE. We believe that it is in the best
interest of all involved that previously prepared public information
be utilized to its greatest extent, at no additional cost to the tax-
payer. We are preparing this study with that philosophy in mind.

The flood insurance study for Breckenridge will be prepared follow-
ing the FIA format as you noted. It should be merely an update of
the 1975 study and thus should not require Board action, however,
we would look for your decision on that matter. The report will
properly acknowledge previous study sponsors and participants and
borrowed materials will be returned, as we have done previously.

We are proceeding with the study as originally proposed and look for-
ward to obtaining your study review.

Very truly yours,

LAM:skb

INC.

11er

cc: Messrs.
