<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 5th day of January, 1984, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas ,those areas described as being inun- <br />dated by a lOO-year flooa as described by the floodwater surface <br />elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this rasolutionto the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, the City of Lake- <br />wood, the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, and the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true ,and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 5th day of January, 1984, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />
