Lang, Chief <br />Flood Control and Floodplain Management Section <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />721 Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lang: <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 37-60-106(1) (c) CRS, The City of <br />Broomfield, Colorado, hereby requests designation and approv- <br />al of the following storm or floodwater runoff channels or <br />basins as described in the report entitled "Flood Hazard Area <br />Delineation, Big Dry Creek (ADCO) North Area Tributaries" <br />prepared by Wright Water Engineers, Inc. under contract to <br />the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Pebble Creek from Station 176+00 (SH 7, start of <br />study area) to Station 205+40 (Huron st.) and from <br />Station 227+75+ to station 305+85 (end of study <br />area), a distance of about 2.03 miles, as approxi- <br />mate floodplain information. <br />Note: That portion of the drainage located <br />in the northeast one quarter (NE!,;) of <br />Section 4 is not presently within the <br />city limits of Broomfield. <br /> <br />2.
