Ben noted that although it should be pointed out whether the crossings meet relevant criteria, a recommendation for improvement might not be warranted based on a cosUbenefit analysis. 7. David showed Meadowbrook Heights plans that were provided by Paula. Development is proposed for the area southwest of Chatfield Avenue and Carr Street. This parcel is under consideration as part of this master planning project for regional detention, The proposed development would restrict the detention alternative to the delineated floodplain. 8, ERO Resources has been given a notice to proceed with the wetland inventory. Notice to proceed had not been previously given pending a decision whether or not to extend the project limits west of the hogback, 9. OA will refine the flood plain models, re-evaluate the road crossings and regional detention, and look at mitigation alternatives for any houses that are within the flood plain, 10.
