<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />TABLE 2 <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Revises Approximate Information Previouslv Prepared for Frisco <br />but Not Previouslv Designated <br /> <br />Miners Creek from the northeastern corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 500 <br />feet downstream of the crossing of ColoradO Highway 9, as that limit was in November <br />1979, upstream to its confluence with Jug Creek, <br /> <br />Jug Creek from its confluence with Miners c(eek upstream to its confluence with No Name <br />Creek, and <br /> <br />No Name Creek from its confluence with Jug Creek upstream to the southwestern corporate <br />limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 600 feet upstream of the crossing of Bill's Ranch <br /> <br />Road, as that limit was in November 1979 aod on November 4, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes neW detailed floodplain information for the following <br />stream reaches which were not previously studied: <br /> <br />TABLE 3 <br /> <br />Detailed Information for Stream Reaches Not Previouslv Studied <br /> <br />The area subject to shallow flooding from overflow over the southern bank ofTenmile Creek <br />for that portion of Tenmile Creek from a point approximately 500 feet downstream of the <br />crossing of 4th A venue/Creekside Drive to a point approximately 300 feet downstream of <br />that crossing, <br /> <br />Jug Creek from its confluence with No Name Creek upstream to the corporate limit of the <br />Town of Frisco, approximately 250 feet upstream of that confluence, as that limit was on <br />November 2, 1994, and <br /> <br />Jug Creek from the corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 600 feet upstream <br />of the confluence with No Name Creek, as tbat limit was on November 2, 1994, upstream <br /> <br />approximately 400 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for the following stream <br />reach which was previously shown mistakenly as being in unincorporated Summit County only and <br />which was mapped by approximate methods, as listed in Table 4, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein: <br /> <br />3 <br />
