<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for the following streams: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Tenmile Creek, <br />Tenmile Creek Side Channel I, <br />Tenmile Creek Side Channel 2, <br />Meadow Creek, <br />Jug Creek, <br />No Name Creek, and <br />Miners Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for: <br /> <br />Dillon Reservoir within the corporate limits of the Town of Frisco, as they were on November <br />2, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information which revises, on the basis <br />of new topographic information and a new hydraulic analysis, the detailed information contained in <br />Resolution No. 158 for the following stream reaches, as listed in Table 1, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 1 <br /> <br />tit <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Revises Detailed Information <br />Previouslv Prepared for Frisco and Designated bv Resolution No. 158 <br /> <br />Tenmile Creek from the eastern corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 50 feet <br />upstream of the crossing of Colorado Hig/1way 9, upstream to the southwestern corporate <br />limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 300 feet upstream of the crossing of U.s. <br />Highway 6, as those limits were in November 1979, <br /> <br />Meadow Creek from the eastern corporate limit of the Town of Frisco. approximately 400 <br />feet downstream of the crossing of Meadow Creek Drive, upstream to the corporate limit of <br />the Town of Frisco, approximately 50 feet downstream of the crossing of Colorado Highway <br />9, as those limits were in November 1979, and <br /> <br />Meadow Creek from the corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 50 feet <br />upstream of the crossing of Colorado Higbway 9, upstream to the northwestern corporate <br />limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 2000 feet upstream of the crossing of Meadow <br />Drive. as those limits were in November 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information which revises, on the basis <br />of new topographic information and a new hydraulic analysis, the approximate information contained <br />in Resolution No. 158, mistakenly shown as referring only to Jug Creek but actually referring to the <br />following stream reaches, as listed in Table 2, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2 <br />
