1973, directs the Calarada Water Canservatian Baard ,to. designate

WHEREAS, the staff ef the 13aard has reviewed said revised
infarmatian and data and daes hereby recammend to. the Calarada
Water Canservatian Beard that the Baard designate and apprave as
flaadplain areas thase areas inundated by a lOa-year flaad
(intermediate regianal flaod) as described by the floedwater
surface elevatiens and prafiles in the said new report and
further recommends that t4;>at P')rtien ef Resalutien Number 7,
dated January 14, 1970, pertaining to. fleedplain infermatian far
the Ria Grande within the current carperate limits af the City ef
Mente vista be rescinded;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theColerado Water Censer-
vatian Beard in regular meet,ing assembled in Northglenn,
Celerada, this 16th day ef Augtlst, 1982, that it daes hereby
designate and appreve as fleadplain areas these areas inundated
by a laO-year flaod as described by the flaadwater surface
elevatians and prefiles in the M<:lnte vista Flaed Insurance Study
far the Ria Grande, and dees hereby, rescind that portien of
Reselutian Number 7, dated January 14, 1970,' pertaining to.
fleodplain infermation far the Rio. Grande wi thin the current
