SLA will meet initially and at regularly scheduled meetings thereafter

with representatives of the City, CWCB, and members of the floodplain panel to

ensure timely completion of the project that addresses all of the City's con-

cerns. In the initial meeting, SLA will present a detailed work schedule for

review by the City, CWCB, and members of the floodplain panel. A coordination

link will be established at the meeting to ensure proper coordination.

In addition to regularly scheduled project meetings, SLA will attend any

special meetings, requested by the City or the floodplain panel, including

public hearings, presentations to the City Council, meetings with FEMA offi-

cials, or other meetings necessary to ensure a successful project.

In all the meetings, SLA will be prepared to present the project progress

reports or to answer questions related to the project. SLA is willing to

coordinate with the City and provide the expertise to develop a most practical

"Plan of Improvement" for this project.

Develop conceptual design for each alternate plan considered in
sufficient detail to facilitate improvement costs.

Evaluate all alternate plans developed and recommend a "Plan
of Improvement".

Prepare the "Plan of Improvement" in sufficient detail to faci-
litate the development of the final design and construction of
the improvement and to allow a detailed cost estimate.

Prepare a set of administrative maps at a scale of ," = '00'
showing the 'OO-year recommended floodway on mylar.

Prepare a final report documenting all findings of this pro-
ject. The final report will be organized as outlined in the
CWCB specifications.

Prepare a technical addendum documenting the technical infor-
mation and data developed through this study.

Provide close coordination with the City, CWCB, and members of

the floodplain panel throuqhout the study.
