Utilities and Fire Protection. <br /> <br />(a) A general discussion of the proposed utilities follows: <br /> <br />Utilities will be installed as shown on the attached plot <br />and all utility lines and mains will be constructed <br />in full compliance with the requirements of 1974 R.B.C.O. <br />!!;20-3.b.6. <br /> <br />Electrical utilities will be supplied by White River <br />Electric Association, Meeker, Colorado, and lines <br />constructed by them pursuant to their specifications. <br /> <br />Telephone utilities will be supplied by Mountain Bell <br />and underground lines will be provided pursuant to <br />their specifications'in compliance with Rio Blanco <br />County Zoning Regulations. <br /> <br />Water, as indicated above. will be supplied by a private <br />water system capable of furnishing a minimum of one <br />thousand (l,OOO) gallons per day per mobile home space <br />and having an average maintain pressure of fifty (50) <br />pounds per square inch over the whole mobile home <br />park. The water system will be constructed in full <br />compliance with the Colorado State Engineer's office, <br />Colorado State Department of Health and the County <br />Sanitarian and will provide for a shut-off valve located <br />at the surface to provide each mobile home with adequate <br />shut-off protection. <br /> <br />The gas utility will be Greeley Gas Company and mains <br />will be constructed in compliance with the zoning and <br />Gas Company's specifications. <br /> <br />The sewer system will be by private central collection <br />and treatment system as set forth above. The said <br />system is in full compliance with the Colorado Department <br />of Health and will meet the requirements of the State <br />Water Pollution Commission and the Countv Sanitarian. <br />(Continued on attachment) ., <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />~', <br />
