All offstreet <br />automobile parking spaces have access to paved streets, <br />driveways and parking areas over an accessway large <br />enough to accommodate a motor vehicle. Additionally, <br />an area of approximately one hundred sixty (160) square <br />feet shall be available for every two (2) mobile homes <br />for the purpose of guest parking and each guest parking <br />place for each mobile home site shall be within three <br />hundred (300) feet ,from the mobile home space. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />~ <br />
