I believe you were sent <br />a copy of my letter to him dated June 9, 1984. <br /> <br />Since that time, we have been able to obtain more informa- <br />tion on the repairs to Rich Ditch and the construction of <br />the concrete headgate, It appears that the repairs and <br />general maintenance on the ditch itself can be done by our <br />public works crew. The construction of the concrete head- <br />gate can be partially financed by the Agricultural Soil Con- <br />servation Service and the Town could draw on its own contin- <br />gency funds for the remaining cost.
