Lincoln Avenue - South off Colfax, East park boundary, <br />(between park and trailer court, turn at Town Hall, <br />turn left immediately after crossing railroad tracks <br />and proceed about one block). Not through road. Used <br />as access to several homes. Temporary culvert in <br />place to provide this access, Considering closure of <br />this road and constructing a road through South edge <br />of park. <br /> <br />2. Moffat Avenue - One block South off Highway 131, (turn <br />at Town Hall). Culvert and road not damaged, but cul- <br />vert capacity is insufficient to carry high water. <br /> <br />3. Sharp Avenue - One-half block South off Highway 131, <br />(turn at A & G Market). <br /> <br />4. Bell Avenue - One-half block South off Highway 131, <br />(turn at Post Office). Temporary bridge in place, <br />Town has determined that repair of this road and cul- <br />vert is number one priority. <br /> <br />B. Water Supply <br /> <br />1. Oak Creek Reservoir - Four miles Southwest of Oak Creek <br />on County Road 25. Turn South on Bell (at Post Office), <br />proceed three blocks, follow road to the right. Reser- <br />voir silted in, earthen dam washed out. <br /> <br />2. Supply Pipe - (Same directions as above,) Pipe runs <br />along and through Oak Creek from reservoir to Water <br />Treatment Plant. Broken or bent in several places by <br />mud slides, <br /> <br />C. Other <br /> <br />1. Water Main - Under Oak Creek at Sharp Avenue. (At <br />location of lost culvert.) <br /> <br />D. Future Flood Prevention <br /> <br />1. Moffat Avenue culvert - see A - 2. <br /> <br />2. Dredging and cleaning out of Oak Creek, (in Town), be- <br />ginning at Oak Creek Trailer Park to West Town limits. <br />
