<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation _ <br />Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 7th day of May, 1993, that .. <br />it does hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year <br />floodplains as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, <br />dated April 17, 1989, for the study reaches of Dutch Creek, SlCD 6100 and Coon Creek, <br />and as approximate floodplain information the delineation for the South Platte River within <br />the corporate limits of the Town of Columbine Valley as of April 17, 1989, which shows the <br />floodplain with the South Platte Channel Project operational; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURlHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the Town of Columbine Valley; the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Arapahoe County; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; tbe <br />Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha <br />District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Denver, Colorado, on the 7th day of May 1993, at which a quorum was <br />present. . e <br /> <br />~cA <br /> <br />aries C.
