<br />WHEREAS, Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers, Inc., under contract to the
<br />Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, Jefferson County and Arapahoe County, _
<br />completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Massey _
<br />Draw & North Tributary, SJCD (South) 6200 & Tributaries, Jefferson County and Arapahoe
<br />County, Colorado" in May 1978; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, URS Company, under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood
<br />Control District, the City and County of Denver, the Town of Columbine Valley, Jefferson
<br />County and Arapahoe County, completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood
<br />Hazard Area Delineation, Dutch Creek, Lilley Gulch, Coon Creek, & Three Lakes
<br />Tributary, Jefferson County, Arapahoe County, Town of Columbine Valley, City and County
<br />of Denver, Colorado" in May 1978; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Frasier and Gingery, Inc., under contract to the City of Littleton,
<br />completed a floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Planning,
<br />Slaughterhouse Gulch, City of Littleton" ill May 1974; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Costin Engineering prepared technical information for Medema Homes
<br />regarding the floodplain information for the South Fork of Lee Gulch contained in the
<br />floodplain information report entitled "Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Lee Gulch and
<br />Little Creek, City of Littleton and Arapahoe County, Colorado", dated July, 1977 and
<br />submitted that technical information to the City of Littleton Planning Commission as the
<br />basis of an appeal of that floodplain infonnation; and

<br />WHEREAS, Water Resource Consultants, Inc., under contract to the Urban
<br />Drainage and Flood Control District, the City of Littleton and Arapahoe County, completed
<br />a floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Planning, Upper
<br />Slaughterhouse Gulch, Phase B Report" in March 1983; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Inter-
<br />County Regional Planning Commission, by Resolution No.1, adopted on December 12,
<br />1967, approved and designated the floodplains described in said reports; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the remaining floodplain information reports listed above were
<br />approved and designated by the Colorado Water Conservation Board as described in Table
<br />1 below:
