<br />,. <br /> <br />SPB::IAL FLOOO HAZARD REPORT <br />CACHE fA POUDRE RIVER <br />FORT COLLINS, COLORAOO <br /> <br />INTROI:lICl'ION <br /> <br />This report was prepared for the Colorado State Water Conservation <br />Board, Larimer County and the City of Fort Collins. <br /> <br />The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of revised <br />flood discharges and new flood plain conditions on the Cache La Poudre <br />River in the vicinity of Fort Collins. This information will assist <br />the State, County and City with planning and flood plain management. <br /> <br />ArmDRITY AND AC~S <br /> <br />This report for the City of Fort Collins and adjacent areas of <br />Larimer County, Colorado was prepared by the Qnaha District, u.s. <br />Army Corps of Engineers under the authority provided by Section <br />206 of the Flood Control Act of 1960 as amended, conmonly called the <br />Flood Plain Management Services Program. Previous work in the study <br />area was carried out under the authority of Section 22 of the Water <br />Resources ~velopnent Act of 1974, comnonly called the Planning <br />Assistance to States Program. <br /> <br />; <br /> <br />~ <br />
