Mr. Love requested that we <br />revise the effective FIS report, FIRM, and FBFM for the City of Boulder to <br />reflect the conditions approved in the conditional Letter of Map Revision <br />(LOMR) issued on October 28, 1988. The conditional LOMR was based on channel <br />modifications for Skunk Creek in the vicinity of the University of Colorado at <br />Boulder Research Park (UCBRP). In support of this request, Mr. Love submitted <br />the following: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />o A report entitled "Request for Letter of Map Revision - Skunk Creek, <br />for the University of Colorado at Boulder Research Park," dated <br />January 1989, and prepared by Love & Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Drawings entitled "Letter of Map Revision for Skunk Creek <br />Improvements," dated January 13, 1989, and prepared by <br />Associates, Inc., which were composed of the following: <br /> <br />Channel <br />Love & <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Sheet 1: Site Drainage Plan <br /> <br />Sheets 2&3: As-Built Happing Station 0+00 to 16+50 and Station <br />16+50 to 32+00 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Sheets 4&5:. As-Built Surveyed Cross Sections Station 0+00 to <br />16+00 and Station 16+00 to 32+00 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />In response to a telephone conversation on February 17, 1989, between <br />Ms. Nancy Love, Love & Associates, Inc. and a representative of our Technical <br />Evaluation Contractor, additional HEC-2 computer models were submitted which <br />analyzed the distribution of flows from Skunk Creek to the wetlands mitigation <br />area at the UCBRP. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
