<br />I 1 <br />! ! <br /> <br />,< <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Northglenn, <br />Colorado, this 16th day of August, 1982, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those' areas .described <br />as being inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Lyons, the Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County, <br />and the Federal Emergency Manage~ent Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members 'of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Northglenn, Colorado, on. the 16th day of August, 1982, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br />~ <br />
