Colorado 81623 <br /> <br />Dear Jerry: <br /> <br />Transmitted herewith is one copy of a letter to <br />John Henry conccrning the interceptor ditches above the <br />Marble Village Inn and the Schindcl Haus. I believe with <br />this information and with the field staking of the alignment. <br />John Henry can finish his work on these ditches for the 1973 <br />summer season. <br /> <br />In a meeting yesterday with Larry Hamilton. Bob <br />Annis of the ~letro District. and Steve Binder of E. F. Hutton <br />a~d Company, it was pointed out to me that since the District <br />will have maintenance responsibilities on all drainage faci- <br />lities, this information should all be submitted to, and <br />approved by. the District. Will you please take care of that <br />aspect. <br /> <br />In addition. the status of this drainage work is <br />being covered today in a report that is being prepared by <br />Lee Rice of our firm. <br /> <br />Also. I am sending herewith one copy of a memorandum <br />of a meeting with Hr. Lang of the State of Colorado Water <br />Conservation noard, dated August 17. 1973. Because of the <br />contents of this memo, you may not want to distribute it for <br />general publication.
