<br />b. Screened positives shall be produced on a four mil mylar <br />base material or as specified by the contracting agency or <br />its representative. <br /> <br />c. Geographic orientation and appropriate notations shall be <br />made on the orthophoto maps to identifY or name principal <br />geographic and physical features. <br /> <br />4. Photo~rllPhic Requirements. Prior to making the final mylar maps, <br />the contractor shall prepare at least three sample screened positives <br />from the negatives under this contract, showing the various ranges <br />of contrast and tone obtainable. Special Provisions. Frequently a project will have a particular feature or <br />features which will require that special provisions be made in the <br />performance ofthe services. When this condition exists, the additions or <br />deletions will be so stated within Attachment A to the specifications and <br />outlined in Attachment C as necessary. <br /> <br />IV. TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The performance of the work required herein shall be subject to the direction of <br />the contracting agency or its representative and to the conditions of these <br />specifications. By these technical directions, it is hoped that the contractor will <br />better understand the purpose and intent of the photogrammetric work. <br /> <br />A. Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide the CWCB with a written <br />scope of work and costs as outlined in these specifications and <br />attachments. <br /> <br />B. Contract Terms Not to be Changed. The contractor shall not reconstitute <br />new assignment of work to others or change the expressed terms, <br />conditions, or specifications as outlined herein. <br /> <br />C. Time of Completion. It is of utmost important that all work under this <br />contract be performed expeditiously to insure completion of all work by <br />
