Six county roads and numerous rarm roods were inundated an~ <br />slightly damaged. The approaches to several county bridges were washed <br />out or undermined and the deck or one small bridge was damaged extensively. <br />An irrigation diversion structure and about 1,000 reet or canal were pa~- <br />tially destroyed. Cache la Poudre Rivor. The Caohe la Poudre River reach€d over- <br />bank stages on about 18 June and remained high until 30 June. Botv,een <br />Ft. Collins, Colorado, and the mouth or the river approximately 4,520 <br />acres or land were inundated: 850 acres or cultivated land, 3,500 acres <br />or pasture and native hay land, and 170 acres in Greeley, Colorado. The <br />rlood waters rlowed across State Highways Nos. 257, 259, 255 and 263, and <br />across seven county roads. Only minor damages resulted on some of these <br />roads, and none or the bridges were destroyed. Minor damages were sufrered <br />by small irrigation diversion structures above Greeley. Tho river breached <br />a levee at Greeley, Colorado, inundating 170 acres within the city, in <br />which there are 90 low-priced dwellings and two smull business establish- <br />ments (see plate No.1).
