McGann <br /> <br />Local Drainage at Denver <br /> <br />The first flooding of the season when severe thunderstorms <br />accompanied by twisters hit various areas of Denver. <br />Street flooding with depths up to 3 feet occurred at <br />Sheridan boulevard and 1-70. <br /> <br />Sources: Denver Post 5/31/90 <br /> <br />Little Dry Creek in Arapahoe County <br /> <br />Minor flooding was reported along Arapahoe Road in South <br />Denver. Power outages also occurred as a result of the <br />thunderstorms that dropped 1 inch of rain and some hail <br />at approximately 3:30pm.
