It is anticipated <br /> <br />that the streets in the development can be designed to carry most <br /> <br />of the storm drainage directly to the industrial area detention <br /> <br />pond, with provisions to allow some street flow north into the <br /> <br />proposed open ditch. It is prudent at this point to emphasize <br /> <br />the need for roof, parking lot, and green area storage as <br /> <br />discussed earlier, be included in all structural plans within <br /> <br />the development. The open ditch, as proposed, can enhance <br /> <br />property value within the area, and a minor green belt can be <br /> <br />allocated along the ditch. Enclosure of the ditch can be constructed <br /> <br />as development dictates in the future. <br /> <br />The existing pond is to be expanded to contain a designed <br /> <br />storage of approximately 8 acre feet. A 24" outlet structure <br /> <br />is proposed to drain west to the open ditch described above. <br /> <br />It is proposed to collect all of the storm drainage from the <br /> <br />20 <br />
